I chair advisory boards and work with leaders and organisations to obtain business results through transformation and change. I do this by utilising and multiplying the capabilities of their existing workforce in a sustainable way.

The impact I have had on organisational performance included a business transformation programme for business turnaround in Asia, rolling out cultural pillars throughout the corporation to enable her to build the requisite people capabilities, developed and executed a values alignment intervention in Asia that was subsequently adapted by Europe and the US, as well as designing and developing a leadership competency model to enable staff drive the organisation’s ambitions.

I support (using various processes, tools and facilitation techniques) organisations and leaders, through interventions such as milestone programmes, leadership transition programmes and  High Potential development, just to name a few.

Over the years, I have also designed and facilitated the engagement sessions for the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore, prior to public release of the HR Strategic Manpower Plan, supported the Royal Institute of Governance & Strategic Studies, Bhutan on their change programmes and designed and facilitated the co-creation sessions for Singapore’s Public Service Division’s Whole of Government project on Service.

I coach executives across organisational functions and levels; from CEOs, C-suite, senior management, middle managers, and individual contributors such as regional, country and function heads, their teams and high-potentials.  I have coached across Asia and UK.  I have also coached many leaders in public service including senior directors, general managers, executive directors and commanders.

My passion lies in being able to “journey” along with people on their quest to be their better selves and in the process unleashing the talents of those around them.
